Le Sambahia, restaurant Brésilien Rue doyenné Lyon 5ème : Excellent

Samedi soir, nous sommes allés entre amis au SAMBAHIA dans le vieux Lyon.

Nous nous sommes régalés.

Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à 24€ et avons commandé quelques cocktails maison.

Dans le menu dégustation, le 1er plat est un assortiment d'accras, pour aller avec le cocktail, c'était parfait. Accras de poisson, de riz, de boeuf, de morue, de manioc, un délice.

Ensuite un défilé de brochettes : Poulet, dinde, porc, veau, agneau, boeuf, et pour finir une tranche succulente d'ananas roti. Le tout accompagné de polenta, manioc frit et beignet de banane, j'en ai encore l'eau à la bouche.

Ceux qui avaient encore faim ont prit un dessert, flan de coco, mousse de fruits exotiques, sorbet citron, ...

Je vous recommande ce restaurant. Attention, le vendredi et le samedi soir, c'est soirée concert, donc si vous êtes dans la même pièce que le chanteur, vous aurez du mal à discuter.

Saturday night we went with friends to the SAMBAHIA, a brasilian restaurant in Old Lyon.

We feasted.

We took the tasting menu at 24 € and have ordered some cocktails.
In the tasting menu, the first plate is an assortment of fritters to go with the cocktail, it was perfect. Fritters of fish, rice, beef, cod, cassava, a delight.

Then a parade of skewers: Chicken, turkey, pork, veal, lamb, beef, and finally a slice of succulent roasted pineapple. All accompanied by polenta, fried cassava and banana fritters    .

Those who still hungry took a dessert : coconut custard, mousse of exotic fruits, lemon sorbet, ...

I recommend this restaurant. Attention on Friday and Saturday night there is concert , so if you're in the same room as the singer, you will have hard time to discuss.
